Responsibilities:
** Receive requests from commercial team to place the order to affiliate companies or third party companies according to TP policy.
** Create contracts, TP/CCIS calculation datasheet and prepare new labels and PDS accordingly.
** Place order to US/EMEA for more updates on ETD and ETA shipment time
** Entry new orders into K3 to book for AP and goods receipt.
** Communicate with eMEA/US plants for documents preparation and deliver to China on time.
** Prepare necessary and proper documents to CIQ and Customs for customs declaration.
** Collect and verify the account payable including import local charges, Duties and VAT, invoices posting etc.
** Work with logistic department for warehouse goods receiving
** Prepare on the way list and update forwarding data on daily and periodically basis.
** Responsible for CIQ documentation archive and communicate with counter party in a proper way.
** Contact with forwarder for CIQ and prepare documents for customs declaration.
** Be sure to receive/send proper and correct original shipping documents ready when goods arrive in ports..
** Responsible for IMPAS tracker
** Responsible for communicating on quality, shipment, leading time delay, shipment documents issues etc.
** Prepare monthly on the way and undeclared material to accounting dept in order to make account reconcilations.
** Prepare correct invoices, contracts for posting customs declaration cost, duties and VAT and Account payables. ** Trace for original copy for CIQ certificates after goods are declaraed.
** Provide COA, CIQ and other documents for trading products of which sales may need.
** Prepare some documents and information for customs price challenges, queries and other info may need by CIQ and customs.
** Respond suppliers' request quick and prioritize the daily work in an efficient way.
** Keep learning on new knowledge on CIQ and customs policy.
** Regularly update shipment schedule information to the sales team
** Claim entry into IMPAS system and coordinate for some assistant work.
** Prepare reports if needed

Qualification:
-University degree in international trade or logisitics is required
-Fluent English communication skill is necessary.
-At least 3 years working experience in import or related works
-Good communication skills
-Responsible and hard-working
-Quick learning and sharing with colleagues
-Good understanding of the political and legal situation in China
-Team player
-ERP system is preferred to be used
