POSITION SUMAMRY AND KEY TASK DESCRIPTION:
To manage PUMA eCommerce marketing activities in all current and newly open eCommerce stores under the supervision of line manager and smoothly work with other counterparts internal (Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Finance, other eCommerce functions) and external (TP, marketplaces, marketing vendors, etc.).
Performance Marketing
- Budget controlling and ROI driving according to given budget and ROI target;
- Manage performance marketing plan to drive traffic to the stores and ensure execution excellence with the support from performance marketing agency/vendor.
- Brand & Retail Marketing Integration
- Build the eCommerce marketing calendar integrated with Brand Marketing Calendar, Retail Marketing Calendar and Marketplaces Promotion Calendar to ensure cross-channel marketing consistency ;
- Consolidated local marketing campaign assets such as visual materials, press release, video, event information, etc. to share and debrief other team members accordingly;
Consumer Relationship Management
- With the support from TP/vendor to assist line manager to develop and manage CRM program in different stores, for examples DM in package, EDM, SMS, VIP care, GWP development, etc.
eCommerce Initiated Campaign/Promotion
- Plan and execute the eCommerce marketing campaign, such as co-branding marketplace promotion, other promotional campaign like Tmall Super Brand Day, HuanJuRi and independent cn.puma.com promotion, etc.
- Marketplace Social Content Management
- Plan and manage the social content on marketplaces like Tmall Weitao, JD Store News and other emerging channels/tools;
- Develop the influencer/KOLs program driving traffic to stores with expected ROI;
- Reporting:
- Develop and conduct the weekly, monthly, yearly performance marketing reports or review to share with related team members;
- Develop campaign performance reports include Brand Marketing Campaign;
- Provide quarterly industrial eCommerce marketing insights report to share with related team members.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in marketing/ Statistics / Business preferred with good business acumen;
Above 6 years e-marketing experience, with proven execution experience;
E-commerce as a must;
Working experience in TP/digital marketing/Ecom marketing is preferred;
Fluent in communication;
Working Knowledge of MS office programs (Word, PPT, Excel);
Able to work under high pressure independently and be flexible in working extended hours;
A good team player;
Fast learner, diligent and positive working attitude;
Experience managing vendor relationships;
Detail-oriented and focused on quality control and execution efficiency.
