The company
A World leading Chemical Company has wide range of product lines and strategic plans of development in China.

The Role
As a senior manager/ manager of cost engineering, You should manage the team and ensure correct procedures under company policy. You should be responsible for database for investment projects in AP region. You should have good management for risk management support and value engineering for investment projects.

Main duties / responsibilities

• Develop and guide team of cost engineers
• Sustainable development and update estimating tools including database in line with GTE.
• Responsible for cost engineering services to the capital investment projects.
• Lead the value engineering support and risk management for capital investment projects
• Review estimates within engineering team
• Lead engineering team to reach target and KPI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Chemical process or chemical engineering mandatory
• Over 10-15 years in Chemical and Petrochemical industry, including 5 years in project control.
• Strong leadership and self-motivated
• Good inter-personal and communication skill.
