1.进行新员工入职材料的收集整理录入及物品发放，离职时相关事宜的跟进及相应材料的回收，员工个人信息及档案的管理 。

2.收集新入职的办公室员工的培训计划及JD，跟进新员工的培训计划执行情况；定期组织新员工公司级入职培训。

3.培训相关工作的行政支持，按要求起草培训协议，及时收集培训记录及培训评估，更新培训计划表，培训供应商pool定期更新维护，并协助经理跟进每个月的培训计划。

4.每天定期维护考勤系统，统计考勤情况，充分传达年假、加班、倒休安排及各种假的相关政策。

5.每月定期进行商业保险/雇主责任险人员增减统计，员工理赔单每月整理统计。

9.每月协助经理进行供应商合同的整理，跟进及更新。

10. 根据月报及要求对SAP HR 模块数据进行整理及维护

11.执行其他所要求的任务

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，英语或人力资源相关专业

2. 1年左右人事助理经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可

3. 有责任心，执行力强
