岗位职责

1、负责公司网站编辑工作，负责网站、论坛文章及微博发布的管理与审核；

2、敏感捕捉、跟踪娱乐行业新闻、热点资讯，及时做好内容选题和编辑工作；

3、负责网站各频道栏目的内容日常更新与维护，与策划、美工等相关团队密切配合，进行网站页面规划及文案创作，协助完成网站各栏目规划及专题策划与制作；

4、研究用户需求、市场动态和运营数据，对栏目进行调整、改进，组织和引进，符合用户需求的内容，优化页面关键字及站外推广链接，提高网站知名度；

岗位要求：

1、 熟悉整个网络编辑工作流程。文笔流畅，善于信息搜索与编辑整理，具有较强的选题、策划、采编能力；熟悉当前流行网络用语，微博用语等；

2、 熟悉互联网及论坛、BBS等文章发布系统，熟练掌握Office等办公软件，掌握Dreamweaver、Photoshop、会做HTML优先考虑；

3、 具有良好的团队协作能力、应变能力及协作沟通能力；

4、 具有良好的敬业精神，有较强的创新意识，能够在较大压力下工作；

5、 熟悉网络环境，能够对网络资源进行处理编辑，具备综合能力，善于发现热点，有整体感，具备网站策划及专题制作能力，有网站编辑经验者优先。
