基本说明
负责商业或办公空间的室内规划设计,完成符合项目要求的融入海沃氏办公家具产品的平面图布局和局部效果图方案,支持销售团队为赢得项目在产品定制,价格核实与估算,产品详细规范说明,项目报价等多方面提供支持及时有效的协助工作。
职位描述
- 与销售团队紧密合作共同了解客户招标项目的具体要求。
- 及时完成平面空间规划图纸地绘制,提供办公空间家具配置设计方案。
- 配合项目的进度,支持销售团队,及时修改设计方案,配合报价团队调整报价细节
- 按项目需要及客户要求,绘制效果图。
- 协助团队成员,在有需要时,准备报价详细说明书。

职位要求
1) 两年以上的商业项目经验,具有良好的软件应用能力 (Excel, Words, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Powerpoint, InDesign, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop)
2) 良好的工作态度,工作细致认真,敬业,愿意在项目需要时加班
3) 独立工作能力和团队合作精神
4) 良好的英语书写阅读能力,口语基本会话。
Job Purpose
Support sales team on design and specification work and supervise the Bid & Design team in finalizing typical system and floor plans layout and cost estimation on all products to offer in a tender bid for local and remote markets in the most timely and accurate manner.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1.Work with Sales Team to understand the tender requirements/ expectations.
2.Prepare design and specification works on typical system configuration and floor plan layout.
3.Once drawings are finalized, prepared bill of quantity and strategize product solutions to meet tender’s specifications.
4.Work with Haworth factories and 3rd party suppliers to specify non-standard products to customer’s specification for pricing.
5.Ensure tender is completed and submitted on time.
6.Support Bid & Design Manager on liaison with remote markets
7.Prepare data qualification for order entry and order file
8.Understand the project requirements/ expectation from the remote market manager and work closely with the Bid & Design team to finalize the drawings and proposals.
9.Create presentation boards for mockup exercise
10.Provide rendering work to enhance proposal bids
Job Requirements and Qualifications
?Minimum 2 year of commercial experience with good computer software knowledge (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, 3D Max, PCON, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, Sketchup & Project Symbols)
?Willing to work overtime, dedicated, meticulous with great attention to details
?Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as a team player
