职责描述：

General Purpose of the Job

Follow and tracking brands digital marketing execution

Main Responsibility Areas

- Using technologies and research to enhance effectiveness of the websites and digital marketing

? Web analytics

? Online questionnaires

? Online Media analytics

- Online Key product launch campaign amplification

? Media buying in the digital space (online media)

? Traffic quality validated in accordance to advertising strategy - incl. setting relevant KPI for online.

? CRM Monetization

? Ecommerce content management

- Consumer digital journey integration

? fans increase/opt-in/ conversion

- Social Media Operations

? Work with brand marketing manager to develop execution plan.

? Weibo/Wechat content management on daily basis

? Data quality validated in accordance to Social media & PR(e-PR) strategy - incl. setting relevant KPI and tracking

- KOL Management in Tennis Sports ecosystem

Needed Competencies

- Knowledge in digital journey design and online campaign amplification will be plus

- Good skill of written and spoken in both Chinese and English

- Experience of work with digital agencies/social media agency/tracking agency will be plus

- Sports lover: tennis amateur will be value added

- Be innovative, independent, with fashion and marketing sense

- Good communication, interpersonal skills and self-motivated

- Self-discipline

Education

University degree or above

Requirements

Similar experience in digital marketing sports lover especially in tennis is a plus

3 years or above experience in digital marketing experience

Scope of work

Enhance brand online performance by conducting online analysis, supporting product launch, designing digital journey

Freedom to Act

Frequent communication / debriefing / reporting to line Manager is essential
