大专以上学历。仪表出众，气质好；身高1.65米（***）或1.75米（***）以上。

受过管理学、公共关系学、服务技能等各方面知识的培训。

3年以上高星级酒店或知名社会餐饮相关工作经验。

掌握餐厅经营管理、销售及公共关系学知识；

掌握餐厅财务管理知识，擅长经营统计分析；

良好的分析预测能力；

良好的协调、沟通、应变和自我控制能力；

良好中、英文口头、书面表达能力。

正直，诚实，敬业；

责任，职业道德；

热情，有亲和力。

主要工作：

1. 监督餐厅的日常运作，确保服务质量。

2. 负责处理客人投诉及餐厅内部问题。

3. 负责做好餐厅内各岗位的巡视工作，并及时做好有关书面记录。

4. 负责处理各类意外，突发事件。

5. 负责做好各种记录和交接班工作。

6. 发挥工作主动性与积极性，完成上级交办的其他任务。

7. 负责有关人员之项目点的参观活动安排

8.参与项目点与客户方的膳食例会，配合项目经理制定整改方案并执行。
