Job Summary

To prepare the departmental Annual Operational Plan(AOP) both in Revenue and EBITDA target, subject to the Board Approval

To be responsible for the achievement of the approved AOP

To lead the FM team to achieve the key performance indicators

To work closely with other GOS service lines

To lead and ensure the FM team to provide the quality services

To provide training, management and guidance to the FM team

To closely working with other services lines in GOS group and drive the implementation of the best practice in the FM team

To undertake ad-hoc projects that you may be required at the Company's reasonable discretion

Assistant Sales to pitch new business

Manage team member PMP, set and review site leader performance KPI.

Join and leader large account Governance

Provide training, be mentor for young generation

Develop and dig out new business from existing operation

Monitoring and control site OPEX of operation

Respond to risk mgmt., insurance and Corp subcontracting review

Take care employee career development

Design and set regional business strategy

Drive operation excellence

Leading organization optimization

Join HOD meeting to assist MD for crossing sale, and set operation plan

Coordinate Procurement, HR and Finance to support onsite operation

 

In addition, there may be other ad-hoc projects that you may be required to undertake at the Company's discretion. 

Skills and Knowledge 

Ability to develop and maintain excellent interpersonal client and team relations keeping a focus on specific goals and objectives to provide measurable results.

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Maintain professionalism and directing a positive course with the team to surpass the client’s expectations.  

Ability to manage capital building improvements, tenant improvements and infrastructure projects including supporting project staff managing other projects concurrently.

Must be a strong individual contributor and team player with a “can do” attitude

High degree of initiative, ability to learn, understand and identify solutions

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Effective analytical techniques, strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to present information to a diverse audience in a concise and thorough manner

Knowledge of corporate real estate, facilities management, Engineering, EHS, QMS and Space Mgmt.

Working knowledge of databases and query tools

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point and Word 

Experience

Proven experience in finance budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling

Proven track record in managing multiple accounts

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Real Estate facilities management or hotel mgmt. at international firm, preferably with large corporate accounts  

3~5years in a regional leader, General Mgr or Director position

Experience working with RE leader and Directors of Corporate Real Estate

Proven ability in leading an operation team gained through direct line management experience, including proven track record of talent development and capability transfer

Proven experience in people and financial management

Proven experience in maintaining safety working conditions at an operation site and customer sites. 

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in FM or related designation desired.
