职位描述

  1. Your role
  • As a true "entrepreneur", you assume all the responsibilities of this position:
  • Animation and management of your own Business Unit
  • Acquire, manage and develop trade relations with partners, major multinational accounts
  • Key account management and sales follow up in general
  • Coaching and mentoring your team of Business Manager to ensure optimal competitiveness
  • Develop your business unit by recruiting your own team of consultants and junior business managers
  • Enhance the expertise and pilot the careers of your team of consultants and Business Managers
  • Financial management of your own profit center in synergy with other departments to support the Group's growth.


2. Requirements

  • Graduated with a Master’s degree from either a Business School or from an Engineering School and be willing to evolve into a business and management role.
  • You have a successful experience from 3 to 8 years as manager in our industry, with a strong knowledge of Automotive/IT/Telecommunication/Pharmaceutical market in China.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, and ability to identify talent and to develop capacities to adapt to local economy: these advantages will help you reach a structure with strong growth.
  • English is a prerequisite and another language is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet is necessary.
  • The remuneration package includes a fixed salary with commissions directly related to your results

2. 职位要求

  • 你拥有商学院或工程学院的硕士学位,并有意向从事商务拓展工作
  • 你拥有同行业3-8年做业务经理的经历,了解中国的汽车/IT/电信/制药行业
  • 具有较强的创业精神、信念和领导能力;沟通能力强;有识别人才的能力;能很好的适应当地的经济发展
  • 你会说流利的英语,会第二种外语者更佳
  • 熟悉各种Microsoft软件、Outlook、Internet
