As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Power Grids (PG) Business and Grid Integration (BU) Business Line, based in Beijing. ABB is World’s No.1 in Power Products Business and the product manufactured becomes the key components to transmit and distribute electricity. The division incorporates ABB’s manufacturing network for Transformers, Switchgear, Circuit Breakers, Cables and associated equipment. It also offers all the services needed to ensure products’ performance and extend their lifespan.
? Accomplish the business target; proactively search and identify opportunity. Assort the sales opportunity to follow up and manage.
? Collect and analyse marketing information; support promotion marketing promotion activity.
? Be responsible for keeping good customer partnership and develop new customer to help customer to resolve actual problem and emergency issue to maintain and enhance the satisfaction and loyalty.
? Be responsible for quotation, bidding, contract negotiation and coordination with customer, supporting commercial and legal team to conduct risk review and contract signing.
? Support other team (Finance, Supply Chain Management and Project Management etc.) and to make sure service project will be implemented effectively, to collaborate across Business Unit to create more business opportunity.
? Maintain and update Sales force data base on quality and on time.
? Support PM for collecting account receivable.
? Ensure personal daily operation and behaviour comply with the company compliance rule.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
? Bachelor’s Degree or above and major in Electrical engineering or Automation is preferred.
? 1-3 years of working experience in sales and marketing and experience with Electrical Engineering background is an added advantage.
? Demonstrated Strong Technical Aptitude.
? Willing to travel frequently on business work.
? Fluent in oral and written in Chinese and English.
