Job Description:
? Process the new order in time based on the commercial contract and complete related documentation from individual sales:
? Coordinate and organize the system delivery from HQ to China in efficient way;
? Professional management of the order processing and related documentation in the office;
? Help with invoicing forecast by providing the latest info regarding clients' tax exemption, L/C status, etc;
? Help with cash collection

? Highly responsible;
? Knowledge of international trade;
? Familiar with contract execution;
? Good command of English both written and spoken
? Team-work
? Friendly and pleasant characteristics
? SAP experience is preferred
