Business Management:
? Set up hospital sales target allocation by target hospital and by territory. Set up a clear sales objective and goal, leading the team to win and beat target.
? Develop the area business plan together with ASMs to ensure alignment with national brand strategy.
? Develop regional KOLs and key account customers by intensive scientific interactions.
? Lead the sales team to successfully implement marketing programs and the regional promotion activities.
? Track sales performance and find solutions in performance improvement possibility in responsible territory.
? Partner with KAM and GA teams on critical hospital listing and PRDL strategies. Integrate actions with commercial, marketing and government teams to achieve the common goal of PRDL and city level hospital biddings.
? Set clear strategies for maximizing commercial opportunities following PRDL achievement in responsible territory.
? OPEX Management

? Build up and develop a professional sales team by leveraging professional management tool and process
? Motive and engage team by fostering culture consistent with company values and high business standards
? Support team members with their career development and retain key talent through collaboration with HR and Sales Training
? Develop talent pipeline to meet future talents needs by cooperation with HR.
? Advocate Company value and behavior requirements to foster positive team culture and ensure compliance and business ethics.
职位要求:
? 8+ years’ experience in specialty Pharma industry with strong Hematology/ Oncology knowledge;
? 5+ years sales management experience;
? Proven ability to recognize, attract, motivate and develop high performance;
? High Competitive spirit;
? Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills;
? Demonstrate competence to work collaboratively across functions;
? Being creative and open-minded to new ways and new ideas;
? Strong communication and negotiation skills;
? Sensitive to the pharmaceutical market;
? Able to work under pressure;
? University degree (minimum), MBA preferred.
