Embed compliance culture & polices on North China region to

？   Interact with regional business force to drive compliance ownership and accountability;

？   Implement compliance policies & procedures in accordance with global and country policies & procedures;

？   Organize and deliver compliance trainings & communications to promote integrity & compliance culture;

？   Provide daily consultation & solutions to business based on compliance policies programs and processes;

？   Fields feedback collection, consolidation, analysis and propose follow up action plan to ACD and Compliance committee.

 

Perform proper monitoring & investigation on North China region to

？   Participate in or lead relevant compliance reviews including but not limited to pre-approving high risk events, on-site checking, commercial transaction reviews, ad-hoc compliance reviews / audits, etc.;

？   Lead or assist internal investigations, perform root cause analysis, design and implement appropriate corrective actions;

 

Contribute to improvements of Legal & Compliance function in transversal areas

？   Care to share knowledge, insights, best practice within the team; take an innovative mindset to improve the function’s methodology, techniques, systems and concepts regarding compliance issues;

？   Participate or lead in internal programs to continuously improve the function of Legal & Compliance;

？   Support other team members when necessary.

 Areas of expected competencies, experience and knowledge

 

·        Highest personal integrity with demonstrate ability to handle confidential matters in a discreet and respectful manner;

·        Undergraduate degree and above, Law or audit related major preferred;

·        Minimal of 3 years’ professional experience in pharmaceutical compliance (hard-requirement); Experience performing investigative works;

·        A Team player

·        Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at various levels of the organization;

·        Detail-oriented; proven analytical, evaluation, problem-solving skills;

·        Excellent written and spoken English skills;

·        Power Point and Excel skills;

·        Prepared to travel.
