Position: Mobility Asia HR Intern

Are you highly motivated with potential to develop yourself? Do you want to have a look under the pot-lid of automotive company? Then we are looking for you!

• Facilitate the recruitment process, help arrange interviews, communicate with candidates and track data reports.

• Assist with new employees’ onboarding process, including documents preparation, onboarding material collection and office arrangement.

• Manage employees files

• Coordinate and support various employee activities

• Follow up with team related reimbursement and office equipment application

• Participate in ad-hoc HR related project as an assistant

• Other tasks assigned by manager

Our Requirements:

• University degree and relevant experience on the job

• at least 3 working days per week

• Good analytical, consultative and interpersonal skills

• Open-minded, smart, fast learning

• Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self-motivated

• Able to work under high pressure

• Good command of English and Mandarin

• Excellent communication skills
