Job specification,

1. 协助项目经理完成日常项目协调工作。例如：协助项目经理、业主的工作沟通，协助处理CR,PR,PO整个流程，图纸的管理。

2. 负责各项会议的筹备及跟踪工作。与美国的项目沟通会议纪要;

3. 负责项目文件资料的整理、翻译、传递、批复和归档等工作

4. 负责全组的行政事宜, 例如：team building，预定会议，节假日周末组员的上班表统计，组员的考勤整理。

5. 项目经理安排的其他工作

Key qualification

1. 英语或建筑工程相关专业本科以上

2. 英语能力优秀的应届毕业生也可考虑，期望从事建筑或工程行业

3. 熟练掌握Office应用软件，Excel和PPT突出

4. 优秀的英文听说读写能力，出色的沟通能力
