1. 协助营销总监制定 、落实各项销售计划与方案，定期更新销售情况和房源信息，并能够及时反馈给公司及合作单位。
2. 负责销售团队营销数据的及时统计与分析。
3. 维护团队关系，保证客户接待流程顺利并协助处理客户签约。
4. 协助营销总监项目的合作对接、后期维护以及处理突发情况。
5. 日常签约工作、佣金核算、档案管理等的业务辅助工作。

任职要求：

1、专科及以上学历，专业不限，有同岗位或房地产一二手营销类工作经验优先

2、沟通能力强、思维灵活、上进心强、爱岗敬业；

3、做事细心，能发现工作当中不足之处，优化工作流程。

4、有亲和力及其良好的沟通能力和应变能力。

5、熟练使用OFFICE等常用办公软件
