Work in an international R&D center with a dynamic, stimulating environment, competitive compensation and plenty of opportunities to grow professionally, in an organization providing digital set-top box, digital mobile TV, and broadband networking products.
As an ODM Project Leader you will be in charge of managing multiple Set Top Box projects and relations with 1 of our ODM suppliers (China / Taiwan).

Activities will include:
- Create and monitor schedules. Keep track of major milestones (hardware, regulatory, SW delivery for hardware testing, mechanical,...) of the projects, both within Technicolor and the ODM supplier. Escalate if necessary.
- Act as the interface between the ODM and Technicolor project/program management during development.
- Represent the Technicolor R&D view towards the ODM
- When required, support on production issues during the lifecycle of the product
- Creation and implementation of (new) processes and procedures.
- Monitor overall performance of the ODM and report to Technicolor management.
- Host weekly project meetings and prepare quarterly management meetings.

Education and Skills

- Master’s degree (or similar by experience) in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 2+ years experience in project or resource management. Preferably with an external ODM or major component sub-contractor.
- 2+ years experience in hardware design and development of embedded systems. (CPE, customer premises equipment). Example: PC-mother board, Set top box, Ethernet router,...
- Experience in hardware design and development of STB products is a strong plus.
- Quality management experience is a plus.
- Experience in creating and implementing new processes and procedures is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel regularly. (mainland China / Taiwan / Europe)
- Fluently both in written and oral English.
- Fluently both in written and oral Mandarin.
