职责描述：

?       Analyze defect cases to their root causes and assign them to the correct developers

?       Summarize defect cases reported by internal users and prepare for discussion

?       Discuss solutions and bring innovative ideas to the team to solve tough issues

?       Host weekly quality review meetings with the team to discuss ambiguous cases and reach conclusions

?       Other quality measurement and data analysis work

任职要求：

?       1~3 years experience as a program manager

?       Degree in computer science, data science, engineering or related fields

?       Outstanding communication and cross-discipline collaboration skills

?       Self motivation and pressure undertaking

?       Expertise in using Microsoft Office suites (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) 

?       Experience with artificial intelligent algorithms, recommendation infrastructure is a big plus

?       Knowledge of Power BI is highly appreciated
