As a Senior Site Service Engineer, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Power Generation Business Line (BL) based in Shanghai. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.

? Perform site service activities which shall include but not limited to site service trouble shooting, hot & cold testing & commissioning, warranty cases and maintenance services (preventive and normal).
? Site service report: On-time provide good quality site service report upon completion of each job.
? Build up the strong relationship with customer and achieve customer satisfaction.
? Training: Be part of instructor / trainer team to train others and share experiences.
? Sales Support: Site service engineer is our key interface with customers' and expect him/her to demonstrate good image and professional advice to customers on its needs and feedback to our Service Sales.
? Aggressively implement and support additional responsibilities as required by Management.
? Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
? 3+ years of Experience in Power System equipment maintenance and commissioning.
? English CET-4 or above.
? Proficient in computer skill.
? Self-motivation, willing to traveling frequently, high responsibility and can take the extra duty will be considered as plus.
