Job Purpose Statement / 工作目的描述

This position is responsible to assist day-to-day facilities management and administration duties. To provide a full range of supporting works. Including but not limited to Office Key management, business license, staff purchase system, transportation arrangement, business card & stationery, cleaning, greening, etc.,

协助日常行政工作，并提供与总部维护有关的全方位支持工作。办公室钥匙管理、员工内购系统维护等出差机票预订、办公室车辆管理、名片及文具、办公室清洁、绿化等。

Responsibilities:

-     Update TTPOS account information and maintain the internal discount  更新管理TT-POS系统员工信息和额度信息。-     -     Office key management, provide support to office daily maintenance. 办公室钥匙管理, 为办公室日常运作提供支持。-     -     Payment arrangement and office cost summary 行政费用的支付，核查和统计。

-     Stationery order and delivery 办公室&店铺文具和日用品的购买和申领。

-     Office maintenance and Facility maintenance  办公室维护和设施设备保修维修。

-     Others admin function supporting 上级指派的其他工作。

Requirements: 

-     Colleage degree or above, Fluency in oral and written English; skillful operation of office software such as MS-Office.大学专科及以上学历，可以熟练运用英语，熟练操作MS-Office等办公软件。

-     Careful and thoughtful, hardworking and hardworking, able to work under pressure.  细致周到，吃苦耐劳。

-     Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism  较强的责任心和敬业精神。
