Responsibilities:

To operate inventory system to perform stock adjustments such as price change, costs change, season code change, stock write-off, etc.
To validate stock write off and inspect items proposed for write off
To review stock position on a regular basis and make related depreciation / shrinkage adjustment
To prepare and input related journals in Oracle Accounting System
To prepare reconciliation between consignment stocks and consignment creditors
To prepare seasonal loading rate table for system input
To take part in regular stock take and surprise stock take - cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
To prepare exception reports on costs and gross margin, and investigate causes of exceptions
To prepare routine reports and ad-hoc reports on inventories
To handle fixed assets accounting in terms of assets input, depreciation, adjustment, disposal and related analysis
To participate in regular fixed assets physical counts to ensure assets safety


Requirements:

Bachelor degree major in finance/accounting
Accounting professional qualification is preferable
Familiar with foreign invested company practices, experience with retail companies preferred
Good sense with system operation, reporting and analysis
Good interpersonal skills, including coordination, communication and team work
Good command of English and computer skills
Demonstrate commitments and proactive attitude
