Specialized in HR management,with a minimum 2 years experience in staff recruitment, talent development and/or other areas in the field of HR,particularly team development, staff training and HR administrative management.
Fluent English and Chinese are essential.
We will value organization and planning skills, resolve and initiative highly.
Experience in retail/fashion will be valued.
You will assist the HR Manager of China to recruiting staff for corporate store teams in Beijing and other cities in the North region of China for any new openings and replacements.
You will be involved in searching and managing recruitment sources, contacting recruitment providers, managing candidate databases, interviewing and hiring staff, monitoring teams, and supporting stores' Area Manager Teams and develop HR working process and department structure.
