Responsibility:
-Strategic selling, Setup & maintain TEAM prior to Pre-Order & Order Entry.
-Customer profiling & call reports, using CRM tool, for selected accounts.
-Territory & Account Management, Customer Budgeting, Multi-line selling.
-Customer development/retention/penetration.
-Volume Sales Agreements, Credit Terms Application &/or Renewals.
-Strategic Backlog Management.
Requirements:
-Must have no less than 2-3 years sales experience gained from the electronic Components.
-Solid understanding of product cycle and manufacturing procedures of customer.
-Understands what customer relationship building is all about (from a sales & marketing context) and applies it (Validated by the Hiring BU Manager during interview).
-Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the electronic components industry.
-Excellent customer service skills, Excellent negotiation skills, Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Excellent communication skills, including English.
