• 按葡道的服务标准,为顾客提供一流的销售与服务

• 不论是在店内、电话、或是通过邮件,对客户都要以礼相待,为客户提供最好品质的客户服务

• 为客户安排送货, 如联系快递

• 确保零售店每日正常运营,如处理客户订单, 协助物流部和财务部处理发货、收款等事宜

• 确保店内布置成列,没有缺失的品项或缺失的价格标签,价格标签应与品项对应无误,保持最好的服务水准。

• 检查店内所有POS应均有价格标签并正确成列

• 检查所有用于销售的玻璃器皿/醒酒器是否光亮洁净

• 检查所有宣传手册,海报,其他营销产品和促销材料等是否摆放正确、整齐

• 确保所有地区的葡道门店干净整洁,呈现专业的形象。

• 提供文案支持,如在JED系统中设置客户代码及录入订单

• 为客户申请发票

• 维护客户数据库,确保其完整,正确并及时更新

• 根据需要,针对客户关系管理及时制作自助品酒机的销售报告

• 维护库存,如及时将补货, 收货的情况录入JDE系统,确保实际库存和JDE系统中库存的一致性

• 协助零售店经理和副经理,在零售店内布置并举办活动

• 积极主动教授其他零售店销售助理如何使用葡道设备和系统,如自助品酒机,即时销货系统设备, JDE 系统和发票设备;并主动向零售店经理提出有利于葡道进步的意见

• Facilitate shop sales and service, constantly abiding with Pudao service standards

• Engage with customers with professional etiquette, when at the store, on the phone, and via email.

• Organize wine delivery to customers, including organizing couriers,

• Ensure smooth daily operations, including customer order processing and fulfillment, liaising with logistics and finance for delivery and payment.

• Ensure shelf arrangement is correct, there are no missing SKU’s or missing price tags, price tag information is correct and matches the SKU

• Check all POS in the shop have prices and are displayed correctly

• Check All Glassware/Decanters for sale are polished and not dusty

• Check all pamphlets and booklets plus other marketing and promotional materials are displayed correctly and presented neatly.

• Ensure all areas of Pudao Store are clean and presented in a professional, customer friendly way including, visual merchandising, cleaning, sweeping and dusting creating a customer friendly atmosphere.

• Conduct admin duties, including setting up customer codes in JDE and inputting daily orders into JDE.

• Issue fapiao’s to customers

• Maintain customer database ensure all information is complete, update and correct.

• Produce tasting machine sales reporting for CRM management in a timely manner as required.

• Maintain inventory including, stock ordering and replenishment, stock receiving and input into JDE, and stock taking to ensure stock matches JDE.

• Assist in the setting up and implementing of events in the store as directed by the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

Be proactive in training other Shop Sales Assistants in all aspects of Pudao Wines equipment and systems including Tasting Machines, Point of Sale equipment, JDE procedures, and Fapiao equipment, and proactively provide input to managers about how to improve Pudao Wines stores.

• Follow directions and intrusions from superiors and complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner.

• Dress neatly and follow the dress code requirements of Pudao.

• Punctually follow the work schedule as outlined by the Store manages, and be prepared for overtime as required.

• Follow guidelines as outlined in the Pudao Staff Handbook.

• Act in the best interests of Pudao at all times both at work and in situations whereby you represent the company and its values.

• Maintain positive working relationship with colleagues and treat all colleagues with respect at all times.
