Job Summary:

  

Responsible for VAT invoice all related, HK and YSI Purchasing related.

Job Scope:

  

• VAT invoice purchasing from tax bureau, issuance and mail

• Special case for VAT invoice issuance and follow up

• Deal with all other VAT invoice related issue

• HK and YSI’s 3 way match - PO close

• ICO DN booking in iScala,43P variance follow up

• GIT, Accrued AP outstanding follow, prepayment & AP offset

• Interco 43P overdue invoice settlement

• Work under pressure and take on other assignments as necessary

                

  

Qualifications:

• College degree or above, financial and accounting related disciplines; Accounting certificate's holderMastering the Microsoft Office applications of Office software, Experience in UFIDA is preferred
• Fluent English skill in both reading and writing
• Be prudent and conscious, clear thought, quick hand, strong responsibility and sense of time, finish work within required time
• Good communication, be honest and sober
• Good team-work spirit, accept high pressure and handle urgent work
