Job Requirements:

• Lead the strategic planning effort to compliment BTL initiatives and bring strong foundation to uncover:
• Fresh and innovative insights/business opportunities 
• Inspiring creative ideas in digital, PR, interactive, CRM, and others.
• Partner with creative and account management peers to develop business-winning ideas at all points of customer contact.
• Ensure strong collaborative relationship within the groups.
• Orchestrate externally with partners to consistently elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to the client business.
• Crafts creative briefs and provides clear persuasive briefings to creative colleagues.
• Create and support opportunities for new business. 
• Collaborate with senior clients and regularly provide cultural/social insights and recommendations to their business dynamics.
• Identify opportunities to constantly improve the quality of thinking applied to client business.  
• Oversee and complete all administrative responsibilities required for department heads by the agency.

Qualifications / Skills: 

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in international planning environment with 2 years in management position.
• Integrated marketing planning experience preferred.
• Marketing background and strong marketing trends’ insight/analytical skills.
• Ability to think creatively and evidence of success in developing brands and delivering them to market.
• Works well under pressure in multi-dimensional context
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin and English.
• Available for potential frequent travel.
