 Responsible for overall employee experience ·  

Develops the culture that reflects the values of Darden and the Operating Company ·  

 Informs, aligns, and gains commitment from the management and employee teams regarding the Operating Company vision and Brand Promise ·  

 Provides supervision for and ensures retention of managers and employees; develops high potential hourly and management employees ·  

 Recruits for and selects highly talented and diverse employees; ensures all processes and procedures are followed consistently ·  

Plans and executes employee orientation ·  

Ensures that all training and development of managers and employees is of high quality and is delivered on time  

Actively role models and promotes the service culture of the operating company

Takes appropriate action to continually improve all areas of guest satisfaction

Monitors safety, sanitation, and security guidelines and ensures that they are followed at all times

Ensures that food is prepared to recipe and served at the proper temperature and appearance   

Establishes plans and measures specific financial goals to continually increase restaurant profitability   

Qualifications

Education

·        High School Diploma (or equivalent) required

·        Degree in Management, food service, or a hospitality-related field preferred

Other Key Qualifications (Training, Knowledge, and/or Certification):

·        Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Labor Management System, Talent Acquisition System, Kitchen Display System, Table Management System, and Inventory and Ordering Systems

·        Knowledge of Culinary Back Office Systems

·        Experience creating schedules for hourly employees

·        High level of attention to detail

·        Excellent communication skills with all levels of employees within the restaurant as well as with guests

·        Excellent planning and organization skills
