Responsibilities:
？Be responsible for the implementation of SPV project, complete responsible SPV test on time according to SPV outline and WI. Follow the test procedure strictly to complete SPV related test, test record, test progress report and submit test report. Ensure that test report are completed within a week and approved within two weeks after the completion of test.
？Assist test engineer to complete DV/PV/VAVE test and complete relevant test report.
？Assist test engineer to send OnePager to the corresponding project engineer according to test failure problem and complete test problem tracking list.
？Assist test engineer to complete the project fixture, equipment and external resource receiving list and store the scanned version in the shared disk and update the record.
？Complete the functional area work support and complete the corresponding test report on time according to work plan and team leader's arrangement.
？Understand test WI and be able to complete test independently. Understand equipment WI and be able to operate the equipment independently.
？Implement the lab 5S management process and safety management process strictly to ensure 5S qualified and zero safety accidents in functional areas.
？Take an active part in internal and external training to improve skills and ensure pass the internal evaluation of the company.
？Assist test engineer to make the control harness.
？Assist to handle sample and roof.

Requirements:
？College degree or equivalent Automotive / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics.
？Roof systems, components and techniques common in the automotive industry.
？Test techniques used in automotive product validations on component and assembly level.
？Knowledge of test and measuring equipment.
？Data acquisition software, e.g. Labview.
？English for international communication is preferred.
？Be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
？Problem solving techniques.
？Rigorous work and has strong sense of quality.
？Has strong sense of responsibility and team work.
