主要职责：

1、组织建立和完善生产指挥系统，编制生产计划，检查生产工作，确保生产任务的完成；

2、根据生产运行计划，掌握生产进度，搞好各车间的协调，组织分配劳动力，平衡调度设备材料；

3、负责规范化产品生产相关的流程，建立相关的管理制度；

4、对生产作业过程进行监督、指导，同时进行生产质量控制，保证生产质量；

5、负责生产劳动纪律管理，督导员工遵守劳动纪律；

6、负责落实企业各项生产安全制度，定期组织安全生产教育培训，指导员工安全作业；

7、负责直接下属人员的业绩考评和业务指导，并加强业务和技能培训；

8、定期组织安全环保检查，落实安全环保措施，督促整改问题；

9、及时与上级领导和其他部门沟通，解决生产过程发生的突发事件；

10、公司与上级领导安排的其它工作。

任职资格：

1、五年及以上制造管理经验，对生产工艺流程、品质控制、交期达成等具有丰富经验，家具行业优先；

2、能制订、组织执行和完善生产制作工艺流程和规范；

3、能够全面负责生产现场作业管理，以及部门员工的工作技能的培训开发和员工的绩效管理；

4、能主持生产计划的制订和生产流程安排调控，确定各道工序的生产定额、质量指标和业绩目标；

5、计划性强、条理分明、思路清晰。
