主要职责：

1、做好项目管理相关工作，全面了解项目总体状况，监控项目进度，包括工期保证、安装质量、发货进度、产能危机协调，保证实现项目达成，工程验收合格；

2、发掘项目管理的工作或流程上的问题并提出优化方法(节省人力/物力/时间等),有效提升项目管理的效率；

3、协调并解决有关项目的所有外部沟通事宜，包括定期现场巡视，严控关键工序、质量，受理客户投诉，适时向上级汇报问题并提出解决方案； 

4、管理、协调其他项目成员，起到北京运营和工厂信息沟通的桥梁作用；

5、建立正确的质量标准，确保产品质量过关；

6、订单确认后与客户沟通，更深入的探讨理解技术问题；

7、协助报价员获得生产成本信息；

8、审查评估成本，确保成本合理；

9、发货前随机抽查标签；随时在生产与打包期间抽查质量问题；

10、负责安装与店铺验收移交；

11、负责所属项目突发事件及所有项目内部及外部存在问题的解决；

12、负责达成项目考核的各项指标；

13、完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、5年以上建筑、工程、道具类项目管理经验，精通道具工程的设计制作，能对施工图纸进行审核；

2、有团队领导、协作能力，可以管理团队从而配合业务发展经理促进项目良性发展；

3、有成本控制能力。
