Junior Abaper:
1. 2 years or above SAP development experience, familiar with SAP ABAP Programming Tools including alv
report, Enhancement(customer exit, BADI, user exit, enhancement point etc.), Dialog Program, SAP script,
Smart Forms, BDC, BAPI, RFC, IDOC etc;
2. Be able to debug complex program even standard program and solve unforeseen issues;
3. Understand SAP Modules such as MM, WM, PP, SD, FICO etc;
4. Be able to provide flexible analysis and technical proposal for functional consultants;
5. Good communication and cooperation skills;

Senior Abaper:
1. 4 years or above SAP development experience, very familiar with SAP ABAP Programming Tools
including alv report, Enhancement(customer exit, BADI, user exit, enhancement point etc.), Dialog
Program, SAP script, Smart Forms, BDC, BAPI, RFC, IDOC etc;
2. Be able to debug complex program even standard program and solve unforeseen issues;
3. Deeply understand SAP Modules such as MM,WM,PP,SD,FICO etc. even basic background customizing
setting;
4. Be able to provide flexible analysis and technical proposal for functional consultants;
5. Be able to analyze and handle customer requirements by yourself and provide efficient solution;
6. Be able to lead development team, team leader experience will be a plus;
7. Good communication and cooperation skills;
