Job Description Summary

Support CSOM AM on day-to-day order management and fulfillment activities, and able to deal with daily operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for order adjustment;
• DN generation for Wholesale and DTC;
• Provide the allocation report to brand regularly;
• Handle claims & complaints & Returns including shortage, defective or any other issues; 
• Proceed stock transfer after verifying per request;
• Conduct assigned data from SAP on time;
• Act as back-up on daily operations;

Requirements:

• A recognized College Degree;
• Fluent in English;
• Good computer skills, including Excel formulas and preferably pivot tables; SAP experience preferred;
• Strong attention to detail;
• An independent problem resolving capability in daily work;
• Confident in executing committed tasks;
• Good communication skill;

It would be advantageous if have:

• Previous experience in similar role, ideally obtained from a customer service background;
• The ability to multitask;
