Responsibilities:

   

Retail Marketing Focus

• Work with retail marketing manager to create retail marketing program integration to enhance brand DNA exposure and enhance product story telling. Drive conversion and emotional connection in market place

• Bring field intelligence to establish specific GWP plan, instore activation programs with marketing and sales team

• Implement effective retail marketing tactics/campaign, ensured timely execution through good practice, customized execution and communication with other functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product team, ect.

• Follow up and execute per retail marketing calendar; monitor, keep track and evaluate every program

• Innovation in feature retail, built O2O experience in store to further engage with consumer in terms of product story telling.

Cost Management

•  Provide cost comparisons on retail marketing related project production (props, OOH, GWP, event material, graphics) for retail & mkt events, ensure prices quoted are the best & efficient cost

• Analyze and maximize the budget use of each project

   

Internal & External Communications

• Close communications with the Sales/ Marketing/ Product/VM teams to ensure retail marketing related project is met with design, quality, cost & time controls

• Close communication with vendor to ensure retail marketing project, activation related production high quality and on time delivery. Quotation, payment, report consolidation.

Market Competitions

• Provide updates on consumer facing activation, feature retail of competitors and reports on new ideas for retail marketing on regular basis

Requirements:
