职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责运营EKA，对电商销售指标负责；
2、根据各平台目标、费用及特性，制定年度、月度行动计划并跟进落实；
3、进行产品打造、营销方案的制定及具体执行工作；
4、营运策略的制定及实时调整，营销活动的策划及跟进实施、总结评估等；
5、保持同平台采销良好的互动关系，及时优先的获得平台相关资源支持；
6、上级交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、2年以上电商化妆品（如天猫超市、京东超市、苏宁超市等）运营工作经验或2年以上快消品牌电商大客户服务经验；
2、有丰富的电商系统（EKA）工作经验，对电商精细化运营有丰富经验；
3、具有生意经营及数据分析能力；
4、快速高效的执行能力，有效执行生意计划，完成生意指标；
5、优越的沟通技巧以及谈判能力。
