岗位职责：
1、 负责为有融资需求的地产项目提供金融服务，组织协调好融资预算，设计融资方案；
2、 分析房地产市场的融资风险，对短期及较长期资金需求进行预测，及时出具分析报告，提供相应的应对功能；
3、 积极开拓金融市场，与国内外投融资机构沟通，建立多元化的投融资渠道；
4、 通过对地产企业资产和负债的全面分析，针对不同的银行的特点设计融资项目和方式；
5、 执行融资策略，实现企业融资的流动性；
6、 进行资金市场的分析和调配，监督各项资金的运行，优化资金结构，提高资金使用率。

职位要求：

1、.财务会计、经济学、金融、投资及相关专业本科以上学历；
2、本岗位侧重融资方向，要求具有实际融资经验，熟悉融资渠道，有自己的银行资源,北京地区区资源优先；

3、有3年以上相关工作经验，其中至少有2年以上融资经理及以上经验；系统了解现代金融企业经营管理模式和有相关实践经验；
4、对资金管理有较深入的认识，懂得相关金融法律，熟练操作各种财务软件和办公软件；
5、忠诚守信、工作严谨、敬业，能承受一定的工作压力；具有团队合作精神；
6、熟悉融资租赁业务运作和相关金融市场（如银行、信托、保险、投行）情况优先。
