二、任职要求
1、学历、行业及专业知识：人力资源、企业管理等相关专业毕业，或有2年以上人力资源工作经验； 2、工作经验：2年以上工作经验； 3、所接受的培训要求：无。 4、年龄、性别：26-35岁，女性。 5、基本素质： 在人员招募、引进、培训开发及员工考核、激励等方面有实际操作能力； 具有优秀的书面、口头表达能力、极强的亲和力与服务意识，沟通领悟能力强； 工作细致认真，原则性强，有良好的执行力及职业素养； 熟悉国家相关劳动法律、法规，熟悉人力资源管理工作流程和运作方式； 具有较强的应变能力和内外沟通能力； 有强烈的责任感及敬业精神，能承受较大的工作压力； 良好的计算机水平，熟练操作office办公软件； 6、个性特征：亲和力较强。 |
三、职责及岗位工作内容
1、负责全体员工的人事档案管理工作。 2、负责新进员工试用期的跟踪考核，晋升提薪及转正合同的签订并形成相应档案资料。 4、负责统计汇总，上报员工考勤月报表，处理考勤异常情况。 5、负责员工绩效考核资料的定期统计汇总，上报，并对绩效考核的方式方法提出意见和建议。 6、负责员工薪酬发放的异常处理和薪酬政策的跟踪调查，提供相应的报表和资料。 7、负责员工技能培训方案，技能测评的督导与跟进。 8、负责完成公司人事工作任务，并提出改进意见。 9、负责公司人事文件的呈转及发放。 10、负责解释公司的福利保险制度，组织办理入司、起保、离职、退工、停保等手续。 11、协助人力资源经理处理人事方面的其他工作。 12、协助人力资源经理进行员工招聘、面试，负责报到及解聘手续的办理，接待引领新进员工。 13、负责员工调查问卷的发放和收集,分析汇总调查结果,形成结论上报。 14、工作对人力资源经理负责。 |

南通市伊士生物技术有限责任公司是江苏省高新技术企业，主要致力于家庭及临床体外诊断试剂及检测仪器的开发和制造，现拥有8400㎡的标准厂房和超过600㎡的开发实验室，建立了五条十万级净化的体外诊断试剂与仪器的生产线。公司已完成了国家体外诊断试剂生产质量管理体系规范及ISO9001、ISO14001、ISO13485质量管理体系认证和某些产品的CE认证建设。 Nantong Egens Biotechnology Co., Ltd., is a high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu Province, mainly devoted to development and manufacturing of family and clinical in vitro diagnostic reagents and instrumentations, which now has standard factory buildings of 8400m2 and development laboratory of more than 600m2, and it has established five in vitro diagnostic reagents and instrumentations production lines of 100,000 grade purification. The company has completed the certification of national in vitro diagnostic reagents production quality management system standard and ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO13485 quality management system as well as CE certification construction for certain products.
