岗位职责：

1、负责公司项目的影像拍摄以及后期剪辑制作；

 2、熟悉拍摄流程，理解导演意图，有创新意识，掌控场景的布光和机位设置、构图等；

 3、熟练使用AE、PR、PS、final cut、PIE等后期软件，以及素材较色、音编，最终独立成片； 

 4、对各类宣传片、专题片、短视频节奏把控能力强，掌握各种的镜头语言；

 5、服从客户方的修改意见，有综艺剪辑能力。

任职资格：

 1、专科以上学历，具备优秀的美术理念及功底，3年以上工作经验。

 2、能够熟练操作各种摄像设备；

 3、较强的镜头创意，良好的审美，对拍摄现场有把控能力，独立完成拍摄工作；

 4、思维活跃，乐于自我表达，善于学习，责任心强。

 5、热爱视频制作工作，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。
