Responsibilities & Tasks

 

？   Apply and facilitate execution of HR policies & processes

？   Data entry and maintenance in HR systems(HRP&SAP)

？   Monthly data reconciliation between HRP and SAP

？   Social insurance and housing fund bill check-up and payment request

？  Freelancer documents collection and payment processing

？  FTE payroll processing(covering about 1500 employees)

？   Part time and Intern payroll validation and payment request

？   Bank reports preparation and bank payment arrangement

？   Monthly payroll reports preparation

？   Social Insurance & Housing Fund base calculation and declaration

？   Support internal and external audit every year

？   Payroll system optimization and vendor management

？   Other daily operations and assigned work

 

Position Qualifications

 

?Bachelor degree and above, preferably 2-3 years within HR and payroll experience and required area

?Proactive, service oriented mind-set

?Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
