Job summary
Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd is a newly formed independent company that aims to be a nationwide leader in providing public cloud services to China based and multi-national companies with customers in China. Headquartered in Zhongwei of Ningxia, and it is a fully licensed and certified IDC and ISP provider. Through its strategic cooperation with AWS, Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd will be the operator of AWS Cloud services in the Ningxia Region. Ningxia Western Cloud Data Technology Co., Ltd is a strong contributor to the comprehensive upgrade of technology infrastructure, development of talent and expansion of the cloud ecosystem of Ningxia province and is investing heavily to develop its capabilities in Ningxia and beyond.
Although we are a relatively new company, we have ambitious goals and seek innovative and talented individuals to join. We are currently looking for a Sales Operations Manager, who will support the company to meet organizational goals, by providing long-term and short term business plans, developing and implementing the evolving go-to-market model, conducting essential data analyses for business insights and recommendations, and designing/improving critical business and customer related processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop long-term and short-term plan for the company; be the owner of the annual operational planning process to decide the financial targets, HC plan, and budget plan.
· Design the Go-To-Market model and sales territory plan to fit the need of an evolving market and organizations. Set sales target according to the sales strategy, territory development, and resource planning.
· Provide regular reports/dashboards to the team, and identify key areas of highlights and lowlights for the team to focus on.
· Conduct data analysis for business insights and recommendation, and coordinate the team to implement recommendations to improve sales productivity.
· Design or improve business/customer related processes to improve customer experience and sales efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
· More than five years’ experience in strategic planning related roles, e.g. sales operations/planning, management consulting, and financial business analyst
· A strategic thinker
· Strong data analyses skills; Mastery of data analytical tools (e.g., excel)
· Good process development skills and project management capability
· Able to collaborate with various functions teams
· Self-motivated, data-driven, quick learner; Have back-bone to disagree in a data-driven manner
· Experience in a high-growth, technology company would be highly beneficial
· Build and develop a team to scale the support
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English are must
· MBA degree from a top business school is a plus
