Job Title: Product Specialist, Laboratory Automation
Reports To: Business Development Manager, APAC

Position Summary:
This Product Specialist, reporting to Business Development Manager (APAC), will collaborate with regional sales team to drive business growth, and will be responsible for pre-sales support and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive business growth and help to achieve the sales target
-Pre-sales support, such as customer visit, competition analysis, sales solution, application support, and instrument demo, etc.
-After-sales support, such as instrument installation, product training, technical support, etc.
-Responsible for regional marketing activity, such as product promotion, customer seminar, dealer training, etc.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
-Experience with liquid handling instruments, such as Agilent, or PE, or Beckman, or Tecan, etc., and could edit liquid handling protocols
-Experience with cell screening assay, either-or NGS procedure
-Cell screening assay: from cell preparation to cell assay, such as multimode reader, or high content screening, etc.
-NGS procedure, from Nucleic Acid purification to library preparation.
-Previous technical support or technical sales experience preferred
-Master degree or above is required with majoring in Biotechnology or related background
-Self-motivated, positive attitude, customer focused, and willing to work under pressure
-Excellent oral and written communications skills, good presentation skill is preferred
-Minimum of three years of relevant work experience
-Flexibility to travel up to 50% of time outside of Shanghai and cover other territories in China
