Responsibilities


Maintain and enhance existing ICT systems in order to ensure that solutions are found to meet organisational goals.


Provide technical solutions in line with ICT departmental standards, in order to meet business requirements.


Plan and implement projects ranging from single sites through to global roll outs in order to meet business requirements.


Knowledge should be transferred to other members of the ICT function and the business, thus ensuring the department's contribution is maximised.


Support the global business by responding to end user incidents/requests, ensuring a seamless service is provided and SLA's are achieved.


Undertake routine activities essential for ICT operations and in line with the department standards, achieve a high level of system integrity, availability and security.

General attainment equivalent to:

Degree in ICT related subject or equivalent


Job related work experience skills/knowledge requirements:

Technical experience in a systems support environment.
Ability to communicate to end users on a global scale with varying levels of IT literacy.
Ability work in a team or individually
