职位描述
Responsibilities (but not limited)
Provide secretarial, administrative and business support to GMs
Liaise with other business units of JM represented in China; and with other regional offices
· Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties while maintaining a highly responsive relationship to the executives
Prepare, translate documents including strategy documents, board meeting minutes, presentation slides, communication letters, speech, reports, meeting materials etc.
· Establishes appointment and invitation priorities
Be the senior coordinator/administrator at major company events & customer meetings
Provide personal assistant to handle incoming correspondence and inquiries; liaison with customers and partners
Prepare and submit expense reports for GMs
Be responsible for ensuring the smooth day to day running of office operations including security, office maintenance, and property management at Beijing Office.
Act as contact point for suppliers: travel agent, conferencing; hotels; service apartment; etc.
In charge of all official certificates renewal
· Evaluates, sources and implements office equipment and systems, facilities, clearners, etc.
· Arranges domestic and international business and travel schedules. Coordinates and processes visa and passport applications
Any other special tasks, duties or assignments given or ordered by GMs
Requirements to reach effective performance
Minimum 5 years related working experience. University degree with a major in English or Secretarial preferred
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Self-starter with initiative, ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
Excellent Computing skills; good negotiation, communication and organizational skills
Disciplined, self-directed, task-oriented, trust-worthy and loyal
Proficient in PowerPoint, word, excel
Ability to work independently and faithfully
Be able to travel for short business trip
