职位信息：

1. 负责数据库系统部署方案的计划、设计和实施

2. 负责数据库日常维护，故障处理；

3. 负责数据库性能监控和调优并主导应用系统的数据库性能优化、故障诊断；

4. 负责操作系统安装配置，日常维护，日常监控、数据备份、恢复、数据迁移等工作；

5. 对客户进行远程和现场的技术支持，解决客户遇到的各类技术问题；

6. 编写和维护数据库和操作系统相关文档，制订相关技术规范；

7. 提供内部技术支持、培训

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业毕业

2. 5年以上数据库运维工作经验，必须精通Microsoft SQL Server的日常运维和优化，如能同时熟悉其他主流数据库如Oracle, MySQL/Maria DB则优先考虑；

3. 熟悉T-SQL等SQL编程语言，熟悉存储过程等编写，具备较好SQL调优能力；

4. 精通Windows操作系统及常用服务和组件，如AD，IIS等，同时精通Linux操作系统及常用服务和组件，则优先考虑；

5. 熟悉自动化运维工具和脚本语言，如SCCM, Chef，Puppet，ansible等运维工具和PowerShell, Python, Linux Shell 等语言；

6. 了解IT服务管理流程和ITIL / IOS20000 等标准

7. 英语读写流利；

Job Description

1. Responsible for the database system deployment planning, design and implementation;

2. Responsible for database daily maintenance and troubleshooting;

3. Responsible for database performance monitoring and tuning, led the database performance optimization and application system fault diagnosis.

4. Responsible for operating system installation and configuration, daily maintenance, monitoring, data backup, recovery, data migration etc.

5. Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers and resolve various technical issue encountered by customers;

6. Provide technical documents related to database and operating system and formulate relevant technical specifications.

7. Provide internal technical support and training.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer related;

2. More than 5 years database operation and maintain experience, proficient in the daily operation and optimization about Microsoft SQL Server, knowledge with other mainstream databases such as Oracle, MySQL/Maria DB is preferred;

3. Good knowledge in t-sql and other SQL programming languages, backup process and SQL tuning etc.

4. Good knowledge in Windows system common services and components, such as AD, IIS etc. if also proficient Linux system and common services and components is preferred;

5. Good knowledge in automatic maintenance tools such as SCCM, Chef, Puppet, ansible and other and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Linux Shell etc.

6. Understand IT service management process and ITIL/ISO20000 and/or other standards

Fluent in English reading and writing;
