职位描述
血液肿瘤产品组-销售地区经理
Business Management
? Define territory and hospital potential and allocate sales target appropriately;
? Develop and implement area business strategy and tactical plan in line with brand strategy;
? Manage sales budget and resources to maximize the return of investment
? Strengthen relationships with regional thought leaders and key account customers by intensive scientific interactions;
? Collect market intelligence including product, competitor, and customer information on regular base;
? Collaborate with marketing team and medical team to support high quality execution of market and medical programs;
? Proactively involve in cross-functional programs and contribute to the achievement of market access goals;
? Flawless execution or support brand/product specific programs, such as PAP, RevCare, if applicable;
People Management
? Guide the team to complete in-field activities and other working tasks including report, and CRM system data submission;
? Coach team members for competency development in terms of patient focused professional selling skills, product knowledge, value behavior through joint visits, team meetings and performance dialogue;
? Track individual performance and identify solutions to develop performance potential and address performance issues in a timely manner.
? Involve in area workforce planning and responsible for new staff recruitment and in-field on-boarding training.
? Support team members with their career development and retain key talent through collaboration with HR and Sales Training;
? Advocate Company value and behavior requirements to foster positive team culture and ensure compliance and business ethics.
职位要求:
? 5+ years Oncology/Hematology field sales experience, good knowledge with the therapeutically area and responsible territories;
? Past experiences in district sales management is required for the position of DSM;
? Demonstrate key competencies including Business Acumen, Decision Making, Drive Execution, KOL Engagement, Performance Coaching, Team Engagement and Cross-Function Collaboration;
? Result oriented, hardworking, persistent and willing to make extra efforts when needed;
? Quick leaner, open-minded and creative when facing challenges;
? Stick to the highest requirement for business ethics and compliances;
? Tracked performance record in the current position or previous position.
