Duties & Responsibilities 

• Prepare payment requisition form and process in e-banking
• Be the key person to communicate with the bank and prepare the document required
• Issue invoice to the client and collect the invoice from vendor, do the input tax declaration and well filling, as well as helping the CIT annual review and the monthly VAT filling.
• Communicate frequently with the tax bureau and complete the required document and report.
• Monitor the AR aging collection status, issue AR billing invoice and help to book the account monthly, as well as monitoring the payment status.
• Maintain the fix asset and calculate the depreciation.
• Help to work on audit, annual inspection  with the vendor.
• Other adhoc work assigned by the leader.

Candidate Specification

• Bachelor Degree is a must.
• 2 years related financial experience. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willing to work under pressure and work overtime.
• Good PC skills
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese/Mandarin. Effective spoken and written business English
• Commitment to becoming a professional accountant.
