重庆审计及鉴证交付中心
The Regional Audit Delivery Centres (RADC) in Chongqing were developed to support Audit and Assurance engagement teams with the completion of Audit processes and engagement support administrative activity as part of the wider Audit Transformational Change Programme. As one of four RADCs which is designed to support teams across the engagement lifecycle of an audit process through performing standard audit tasks in work packages and providing a range of support services to reduce the levels of administrative work placed on practitioners, support more efficient and cost effective working practices, whilst ensuring quality standards are maintained and improved. The activity undertaken within the Centres will evolve as they become embedded into the audit life cycle and as Deloitte Way Workflows are launched and implemented. Chongqing RADC's current service scope includes mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and will support Asia-Pacific business in the future.
重庆审计及鉴证交付中心（RADC）的成立是为了支持审计和鉴证项目组完成审计流程，并协助项目组顺利运作，以作为更广泛的审计转型变革计划的一部分。作为全球四个RADC之一，重庆的RADC旨在通过在工作中执行标准审计并提供一系列支持性服务，在全部审计环节为项目组提供服务，以减少相关人员的工作负担，支持更高效、更具性价比的工作实践，同时确保质量标准得到维护和提升。您将随着交付中心一起参与到审计流程，并以德勤标准工作流程实施工作，并不断优化这些流程。重庆RADC目前的服务范围包括中国大陆、中国香港、中国澳门、未来也会支持亚太区业务。
Job Description and Responsibility
Work you'll do:

• Work with Audit Process Owner or Process Innovation Team Leader, develop tool by VBA or Script to complete duplicate process, and optimize them with communicate solutions to non-technical people


• Track, and complete work with small teams on short sprints and create zero-defect mind-set deployments


• Communicate to system development team, maintain RADC systems on demand


• Support related audit process in Audit peak season if required

You are also expected to:

• Have an aptitude for trouble-shooting


• Develop self by actively seeking opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others


• Take accountability for own results

工作职责：

• 与审计流程负责人或者各流程内的创新负责人合作，开发VBA或者脚本的工具以支持重复的操作步骤，与非IT技术的同事一起，优化这些软件工具。


• 在小团队，短周期的开发中，以零缺陷的思维跟踪，完成这些任务。


• 根据需要，与系统开发团队沟通，维护审计中心部署的系统。


• 如果需要，在审计高峰期内支持相关审计流程。

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor degree from a reputable university with IT background. Information Systems / Software Engineering / Computer Science with sound accounting background or technology management will be a plus


• Abundant maintenance experience on APP of .NET or JAVA and Database


• 2+ years of experience in VBA and .NET programme and DBA skill

Other Preferred Attributes

• Fluent English both on Writing and Speaking


• Willing to learn knowledge of Audit & Assurance process


• Fast learner in special programme language on demand

基本需求：

• 具有IT相关专业（如信息系统，软件工程，计算机科学等）的正规大学本科以上学历，具有会计背景或者技术管理优选


• 对.NET架构上的应用，基于JAVA和数据库的系统有维护经验


• 2年以上的VBA或者.NET开发经验，具有DBA技能
