职位描述

THE POSITION

As a Shopper Research Director, you will lead a team of research managers and researchers to deliver on business analysis and insight generation for clients in China including Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

·         Drive business development of Shopper business through engaging and building rapport with potential clients and demonstrating Nielsen capabilities.

·         Drive client satisfaction amongst existing client base of Nielsen, by spearheading the business insights capability.

·         Handle a portfolio of clients for managing daily client servicing needs from Nielsen and further drive the relationship with them

·         Build capability on business analysis and client presentation skills via daily coaching and training for the immediate team and extended stakeholders including development of training modules as needed.

·         Drive thought leadership via development and delivery of industry trends reviews and presentation for the clients.

 

Key Skills/Competencies

·         BA / BS Required

·         8 to 10 years Retail / Sales / Shopper or sales Insight relevant experiences preferable, or Research- relevant experiences

·         Strong Client Focus and Pro-activeness

·         Very Good Influencing & Persuading Skills

·         Solid analytical and solution oriented skills

·         Effective writing and reporting skills

·         Teamwork- oriented / Team-managing skill (5~6 no. of people)

·         Mandarin speaking is very fluently

·         Including optimization of shopper solutions.
