亚太区税务总监/Tax Director-APAC

工作职责：

1、统筹亚太区所有业务板块税务工作（生产制造、进出口贸易、零售门店、金融投资业务等），完善税务管理制度、优化税务流程管理；

2、关联交易价格管理、关联交易同期资料准备以及政策研究、分析和改善报告；

3、对公司经营合同的涉税条款提出意见，从源头上降低公司的税务风险；

4、管理出口退税，加快退税进度、处理退税过程的函调事项；

5、制定亚太区年度税务目标并在各公司进行安排、实施；

6、审核各公司的税务申报资料和文件，确保各公司税务申报及时、准确、合理；

7、制定公司整体税务筹划方案并负责推进和实施；

8、应对税务机关稽查，管理税收自查流程，控制税收风险；

9、同中介机构及税务机关保持良好的沟通和联络。

10、负责亚太区税务部门团队建设及管理。

任职要求：

1、10年以上跨国企业财税从业经验，有多元化业务经验优先考虑；

2、了解企业税务操作，能为成员企业提供可落地税务解决方案，熟悉税局稽查检查和内部风险管控；

3、具备优秀的沟通协调能力，较强的团队管理能力；

4、熟悉国家最新税务政策，有丰富的税务筹划经验；

5、注册税务师或注册会计师优先考虑。
