KEYACCOUNTABILITIES

1.     Take lead on writing creative proposalswhile developing unique brand experience, creativeideas and innovativesolutions to solve client marketing challenges and deliver measurable results.

2.     Work closely with the support of thecreative design team to ensure superior on-brand designsolutions that deliver the creative vision and brand messaging accurately.

3.     Work closely with the operations and client servicing teams to ensurethe delivery of extraordinary creative solutions that bring the experientialplatform to life, drive client results, meet their budget requirements and meetproduction standards.

4.     Remain involved in projects through from pitching to execution toensure creative integrity throughout the process.

5.    Generateideas that excite clients and expand their perceptions of what Freeman can doto help them drive results.

6.     Understand the clients' business objectives and how those objectivesrelate to the target audience, while staying in tune to business issues togenerate relevant creative ideas.

7.    Fostering a positive atmospherethat encourages creative risk-taking in order to deliver differentiated andwinning proposals.

REQUIREMENTS

 1.    Atleast 6-8 years of creative experience in a brand experiential or event agency

2.    Writtenand spoken English/Mandarin

3.    Superiorwriting skills with proven experience with message development and writing indifferent mediums (i.e. keynotes, speeches, video, proposals, etc.)

4.    Excellentcreative and artistic presentation skills for creative brand story telling

5.    Strongin-depth knowledge of brand positioning and industry trends.

6.Strong aesthetic sense with intuitive and informed understanding of what makes a truly great marketing and brand experience.

7.     A developed understanding of the current use and application ofdigital communication technology in the brand experience space.

8.    Ability to evaluate,conceptualize, design, produce and implement tactical plans as well as actionsteps for client’s brand strategies

9.    Strong drive to deliver worldclass brand experiences, integrated consumer campaigns, PR, online and offlineactivation.

10.  Hands-on willingness, involving in all stages of the creativeprocess: ideation to creative presentation to project execution.

11.  Excellent creative presentation skills and a passion for building and developing open, trusting client relationships.

12.  Must possess excellent time management skills and have a sense ofurgency; proven ability to work on multiple projects at any given time

13.  Perform otherduties that may be assigned by the Creative Director.
